Position Summary
The primary purpose of the ERW Instructor is to fulfill duties and responsibilities: Provide Employment skills course instruction to incarcerated adults transitioning at Maryland Correctional facility; Course instruction includes Resume writing, interviewing skills, job keeping skills, goal setting, and job exploration; Address skills to find work.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor degree; Master’s degree preferred;
Minimum 2-3 years work experience in Workforce Development;
Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with students, faculty, and staff;
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
