Salary Range: $16/hour

Work Mode: This position requires a full-time in-person presence.

Hours Per Week: 22 hours/week

Work Schedule:  Tues/Thur 8am-5pm, Fri 1-5pm

Position Summary

The receptionist will provide oversight, monitoring of facilities and support services for Anne Arundel Community College faculty and students attending classes, meetings and/or related activities. The receptionist is responsible for greeting customers and responding to inquiries. Provide timely input to Manager, Instruction Support Center, with any program or facility problems, challenges or issues; Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager, Instructional Support Center.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

 

Required Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED, required.
One to two years of experience related to customer service, front desk operations or office functions.
