Salary Range: $17/hour

Work Mode: This position requires a full-time in-person presence on campus or at alternative locations.

Hours Per Week: 20 hrs per week

Position Type: Hourly and Temporary,  Non-Exempt

Position Summary

The Site Coordinator provides support for English Language Learning and Adult Education, and CNA courses held at BWMC. Specific duties include assisting students and part-time faculty with the badging and check in/out process, ensuring that all course materials are placed in each room prior to the start of class, assisting with basic AV and technical needs, ensuring that the rooms are cleared of course materials and reset at the end of each class, conducing student outreach, and liaising with BWMC staff.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Student & Faculty Support
• Assist students and part-time faculty with badging procedures
• Oversee check-in and check-out processes to ensure smooth arrival and departure
Course Material Management
• Ensure all course materials needed are placed in classrooms prior to class
• Clear rooms of course materials at the end of each session
• Reset rooms to standard layout following class completion
Technical Assistance
• Provide basic support for AV and technical equipment during classes
Outreach
• Conduct student outreach via phone and email to prospective and current students
Coordination & Communication
• Serve as a liaison with BWMC staff to facilitate collaboration and address onsite needs

Pay dates occur on the 7th and 22nd of each month. If those dates fall on a weekend, the pay date occurs on the Friday prior to the 7th and 22nd.

Preferred Qualifications:

Fluency in Spanish preferred
